STEP 1
Minimum Requirements
To run the online training you will need a computer with the minimum listed here:
JavaScript enabled
Adobe Flash Player 7 (or later)
A screen resolution of 1024x768 is recommended
Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
or
Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or later
STEP 2
Adobe Flash Plugin
Our online training uses the Adobe Flash Plugin to deliver audio, simulations and animation.
To ensure you can hear the course audio and view the Interactive Simulations you must have at least the Adobe Flash Player 7 installed.
STEP 3
Viewing your Certificate
You will need Adobe Reader to view your certificate for the completion of your course. If you are having trouble viewing your certificate, please download the latest version.
If you can view your certificate but it will not print, please contact your IT department to ensure your computer has printing capabilities.
